Paris Fashion Week SS26 (Spring/Summer 2026) took place from 29 September to 7 October 2025, bringing together the industry’s top designers as they unveiled their latest collections to thousands in attendance.

Several African artists and celebrities were in attendance not only as guests but as models on the runway. 

African Celebrities Take Over Paris Fashion Week SS26

Temi Ajibade (Temi Otedola) for L’Oréal Paris

Temi Ajibade, one of L’Oréal’s global ambassadors, delivered one of the week’s standout moments walking for Le Défilé L’Oréal Paris, where she wore a black Juozas Couture gown adorned with 3D floral appliqués and a crown-like updo.

Blaqbonez for Vivienne Westwood

Rapper Blaqbonez made his runway debut at Vivienne Westwood, wearing the house’s signature structured tailoring in bold patterns. It was a significant milestone for the artist and a nod to the growing visibility of African musicians in fashion.

 

Mr Eazi & Temi Ajibade at Casablanca SS26

The newlyweds appeared at the Casablanca SS26 show in matching deep plum suits that exuded effortless power and coordination.

Tems at Mugler SS26

Tems attended the Mugler SS26 show in an all-black tailored striped dress layered with pearls. She was also photographed with the brand’s creative director, Miguel Castro.

Temi Ajibade & Mr Eazi at Christian Louboutin SS26 Show

At Christian Louboutin SS26, Temi stunned in a sheer olive-green leopard-print dress from Christopher Esber’s FW25 Paris collection, styled with nude Cassia lace-up Louboutin ballerina heels. Mr Eazi complemented her look in a tailored high-neck suit and green loafers by Louboutin.

Davido at Thom Browne SS26

Davido stepped out in full Thom Browne, styled by creative director Jenke Ahmed Tailly (Le Jenke). His appearance further cemented his place among Africa’s best-dressed performers.

Temi Ajibade & Mr Eazi at Giambattista Valli SS26

The pair were also spotted at Giambattista Valli SS26, with Temi in an elegant peach dress from the house and Mr Eazi in a crisp black suit and long coat.

Wisdom Kaye at the Business of Fashion (BOF) gala

Born in Lagos and raised in Houston, Wisdom Kaye wore a white-and-black long-coat suit at the BoF 500 Gala, where he was honoured as a fashion creator during Paris Fashion Week.

Tems at Acne Studios SS25

Tems stunned again at Acne Studios SS26, pairing leather and denim with the brand’s signature Camero Party shoulder bag.

Omah Lay at Casablanca SS26

Omah Lay was seen at the Casablanca SS26 show in white-and-blue luxury streetwear, accessorised with a silk scarf tied around his head, a look that drew plenty of camera flashes.

Davido, Omah Lay & Gunna at Musée des Arts Décoratifs

Davido and Omah Lay were photographed front row with Gunna at the Musée des Arts Décoratifs, uniting the three artists who also performed at Flytime Fest 2024 in Lagos.

Mr Eazi & Temi Otedola at Messika High Jewellery 2025 Show

The power couple dazzled at the Messika High Jewellry 2025 show, where Temi wore a black Kwame Adusei bustier gown, while Mr Eazi paired a white shirt-jacket ensemble with a bold Messika necklace to compliment his look.

Temi attended the BoF Gala, wearing a two-piece Awo Striped Crop Top and Skirt from the Nigerian-owned brand Kilenter. Mr Eazi also attended the event, dressed in a custom grey coat with contrasting black lapels from SS Stein Design, paired with tailored black trousers.

Davido also attended the BoF 500 Gala during Paris Fashion Week 2025, wearing a crisp white shirt with dark wide-leg trousers, accessorised with layered silver chains and a black beret.
